The manual of good practice for commercial establishments is addressed to trade professionals, managers of urban commercial centers, and wants to promote awareness and increasingly professionalized to develop their business. This new tool seeks to highlight the legal, marketing and human resource management, and other elements necessary to effectively manage businesses.
