A classic restaurant in the city center, with a privileged location next to the La Boquería market which has been open for more than 90 years. A family business founded by Josep Vila in 1929, when he left his previous job at Mantequerías Tívoli to venture into his own business.
Its beginnings were as a delicatessen with bar service, which also had a restaurant that specialized in sausages, bush meat and pastries. Currently they offer a high quality and creative Mediterranean cuisine.
Today Montse Vila is in charge of this unique establishment, which has become a model in the area, thanks to its familiar treatment and close atmosphere as well as a good balance between tradition and innovation.
