A unique place to find good locally produced cheeses, with certainty of good practices at origin.
Quesería Casa Carot is a business with a lot of history. Related to dairy products, it is a centennial space that housed the “Joan Carot” butter shop since 1920. Then, it has lived through other stages and, after the pandemic, it has been reborn thanks to the illusion of a cheese lover: Diana Castell.
The project is inspired by the idea of respecting the history of the old factory, which is why it keeps the last name of the original owner in the brand and also details such as the facade of the old fridge or one of the old engines as decoration.
It is a very special place that only sells cheeses produced in Catalonia and following all the guidelines related to animal welfare.
