The Minister of Health, Salvador Illa, has given his approval this Wednesday to Barcelona and Lleida to move to phase 3 of de-escalation from 18/06/2020, as requested by the Generalitat and the City Council of the Catalan capital. From these days all of Catalonia will be already in the last stage of the boundary before next Sunday, June 21, the state of alarm will be raised throughout the country and the "new normality" will begin.
We attach to this news a small manual with the conditions that must be met by the trade, services and catering sectors in order to be able to carry out their activity in phase 3 with guarantees for customers and workers.
