This coming Monday, January 7 begins Winter Sale campaign stretching on March 6, during which retailers are selling goods or services that have been on sale before. The first festive stores will be open for sales campaign will be on Sunday January 13.
We recall briefly the requirements of the goods or services on sale:
The price reductions should be show clearly and must inform of the normal price as well as reduced or normal.
Is understood by normal or usual price what has been applied for at least one month within 6 months prior to the start of the cut.
Must be given the same guarantees as before the sale.
Can not be sold as discounted items damaged or acquired specifically for this purpose.
If the establishment accepts payments by credit card, you have to admit it even during the sales.
The products on sale must be clearly differentiated from the rest.
