The recipients of the "ICF Comercio" line are entrepreneurs, self-employed workers, micro-enterprises and SMEs from the commerce, crafts, fashion and relational services sectors.
This line of loans has an initial allocation of 15 million euros to finance investments and / or currency. The ICF provides the economic resources and coordinates the financing offer. Banco Sabadell and CaixaBank market and distribute the loans. For its part, the General Directorate of Commerce, through the Consortium of Commerce, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM), assumes 70% of the outstanding capital.
Loans "ICF Comercio:
Amount: for self-employed, minimum of € 15,000 and for SMEs, minimum of € 25,000. The maximum amount will be € 100,000 per applicant.
Period: 5 years, with 1 deficiency included.
Interest: Euribor to 6 months plus a differential of up to 3.70% depending on the project.
Commission: no fees for study and / or opening. For early repayment of up to 1%.
Guarantees: to be determined by the collaborating financial institution (CaixaBank and Banco Sabadell), depending on the project.
Applications for these loans will have to be made through the ICF web portal. The deadline for submitting applications will be open until September 26, 2018 or until the funds are exhausted.
