... If you are between 3 and 12 years old, you can participate in the Children's Drawing Competion! You can participate individually or with your class, making a drawing about la Mercè!
For the last 21 years organized in collaboration with the City Council and the Institute of Culture (ICUB) contest which, in addition to publicize our traditions and our main festival, encourages the most children to share their views on the many ways to celebrate this date as signified in the city center.
The participation open to all schools in Barcelona, the competition is divided into four age categories and awarded three prizes and five honorable mentions for each of them: infants, the initial cycle, intermediate and upper primary.
The awards ceremony is at the Salon de Cent Barcelona City Council, a space and a very special moment to collect prizes from the hands of the authorities!
