Raima is one of the largest stationery stores in Europe and one of the most beautiful in the world, which is why we are super proud that it is located on Comtal street and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.
Its history is closely linked to another stationery store, La Carpeta, a benchmark in the neighborhood since 1979 and with a unique and very close style. Nuria Raja is leading both projects, who, after the success of La Carpeta, decided to open Raima in 1986, which has been open for more than 35 years.
This unique business stands out for being inside an emblematic building dating from 1513. Its five floors and its original decoration with recycled street furniture, old vehicles and paper figures make it an exceptional place. You also have the chance to visit its spectacular terrace with bar service, where they host presentations and exhibitions.
Currently, the family business wants to last over time with the force of two generations involved, Nuria and her son Nil Muntané. We hope that we will have this beautiful space for design, color and inspiration for many years.
