Timetable of the Passage of the Credit
This semi-covered street was built between 1875 and 1879. Its name refers to the Catalan Credit Society, which promoted the housing along the passage. Number 4 was the birthplace of the artist Joan Miró, in 1893. Currently, it is the room 330 of the Hotel Rialto, as a plaque recalls. Have you found it?
In 2006, this passage was used to film scenes in the feature film Salvador (Puig Antich), by Manuel Huerga. It represents the street where the Puig Antich family lived. In several shots, you can recognize the typical tiled floor and the corridor that leads to Baixada de Sant Miquel street.
