Through a decree of the mayor, the City Council has banned organized routes between places of public assembly in Ciutat Vella. This is an activity that can bring together groups of up to sixty people are led from bar to bar with alcohol as the main claim, and generate a noise impact inconsistent with the rest of the neighbors. The decree will come into force in early July and regulates the hours between 23.00 and 7.00
