Norai Project in Maritim Museum

Norai Project is a cultural initiative and social responsibility around the maritime cuisine, the Maritime Museum has developed it in their café-restaurant. On Wednesday 27 October 2010 the official presentation will take place there and this cafe-restaurant will become a space of research and experimentation on the food and its relationship with the sea.
Barcelona Maritime Museum wants the maritime cuisine is one of the backbones of the new project museogràfic as currently working.
At the same time, the project has a social aspect: Norai wants to influence the improvement of quality of life for those at risk of social exclusion, working closely with neighborhood organizations.
